WHY I DO WHAT I DO:

The day of my wedding was one of the best days of my life. However, the stress I had before walking down the aisle was insane. 

 

I wanted to have the perfect dress, perfect venue, the perfect hair and makeup. I wanted to spend money on things that made me look better…

AND

I also wanted to have the confidence in myself,  knowing that I wasn't just going to look fit on my big DAY but I was also going to look like a BADDIE on my honeymoon with my husband… 

It seemed like having both was impossible. . Especially, in such a busy time in your life. 

With all the makeup, hair changes, spray tans, eyelashes, and fake nails….. They made me feel good but I was still self conscience about how I felt in my skin. All the money I spent didn't change the way i felt about my body when I look in the mirror. . 

It was my wedding day - and it was the one of the best day of my life!

But I quickly wanted to continue to go the step further with having the body I was extremely proud of. 

I knew at that moment that I had to prioritize my health - physically & mentally way more than i did in the past.

...BUT WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO CHOOSE?Which is more important?→Getting the facials, the nails, spending money on things like that before your wedding??→Or Be happy with your mind & my body?

I wanted both!

I finally got the healthy body that I am extremely proud of on MY TERMS (and after I got married…
