I'VE BEEN MARRIED FOR 10+ YEARS.. DOES THIS PROGRAM STILL APPLY FOR ME?

YES! My Trophy Lifestyle program is for any high performing female who wants to push against feeling average. My trophy Lifestyle Program is a call for excellence in ALL areas of your life.

My Trophy Lifestyle Program lasts 120 days. For both of us, the first 120 days are a trial period. Obviously, you want results, and I want to make sure you get them, so after 120 days, you have the opportunity to extend for another 8 months at the same amount you paid for the first four! 95% of my clients stay with me beyond the first four months... I adore it!

CAN I JOIN IF I DON'T HAVE MUCH OF A FITNESS BACKGROUND?

I ALWAYS RECOMMEND THAT YOU CHECK WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE STARTING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM.

I believe working out at the gym is safe when you focus on the proper form of each exercise. I suggest you start slowly and do not try to progress your weight too quickly. Taking it slow as a beginner is key. If you have questions, reach out to me and I will help! And if you choose to do personal training sessions, they will be completely customized to your needs!

HOW QUICKLY WILL I BEGIN SEEING RESULTS

YOU WILL FIRST FEEL THE RESULTS OF YOUR WORKOUTS AND THEN YOU WILL START SEEING THEM!

You will begin to feel your results before you see them. You will notice that your sleep quality is improving, your energy levels are rising, and you feel stronger and healthier overall.However, It is hard to pinpoint the exact amount of time it will take before you see your results. Most clients begin to notice changes in their figures after only 4 weeks of consistency. 

That said, don't be discouraged if you do not see results immediately. Fitness takes consistency and patience. I promise if you hold these two key components close to you and don't give up, you will see more results than you ever imagined!

I'm a mom - can you coach me through postPartum?

I am now working on acquiring my PostPartum certification, but I do not yet have it. However, I have worked with several women after giving birth and have very much enjoyed it.

I do have exercises that are already prepared with purposeful, relevant programming to bridge the gap between CORE and PELVIC FLOOR.

I am certain that I can bring you back to where you want to be physically. However, it is critical that you pick what is best for you!

DO YOU OFFER FITNESS PROGRAMS ONLY?

WHO ARE THE OTHER ATTENDEES IN THE PROGRAM?

The other attendees are high performing females! Like you, they are looking for fitness guidance, support, and a confidence boost before a big event in their life or a new healthy lifestyle. Don’t worry! You will have the chance to talk to the other participants and maybe even make a friend or two! To allow for more personal connection in your group, we limit groups to up to 20 females.

DO I NEED TO HAVE A GYM MEMBERSHIP?

YES! 

All the Bridal Workouts that I have programmed will need to be completed in a well-equipped gym. Honestly, don't sign up if you don't have a gym you like to go to!

The advantages of tracking macros are enormous. And it's not just for weight loss.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU JOIN A MOMFIT PLAN?

01. Please fill out an application and book a call with me. This will be the first step to achieving your fitness goals and formulating a fitness plan that works for you!

02. During our 30-minute phone call, I will discuss your needs and fitness goals. Then, together, we will determine if an TL Fitness program is a good fit for you.

03. YAY! You've decided to start improving your health. Now for the fun part. Around this time, you should receive a welcome email and a program starter guide with a few forms you will be required to fill out and send back to me before I begin.

04. In the meantime, you will gain access to the BF app, where you can set up your account and enter your "before" measurements.

05. Once all the paperwork is complete and you have made an BF app account, we will begin prepping you to be successful during your fitness/nutrition journey from the start! From there, you will transform your mind and body into one that brings you confidence, empowerment, and joy!
